1. Payment methods

We accept online card payments (Visa / Mastercard via our payment partner Epoint) and cash payments to the driver in Azerbaijani manat. The available options are shown at checkout.

2. Authorization & capture

When you book, the card amount is authorized (held) but not yet captured. The money is captured only after the ride is completed. If you cancel within the free window, the authorization is simply released — it never becomes a charge. Cash bookings authorize nothing.

3. Price & currency

Every transfer is one all-inclusive fixed price shown at checkout — tolls, taxes and standard waiting time included. No surge pricing, no hidden extras. Prices are quoted per vehicle, per transfer.

4. Security

Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment partner. Card data is never stored on our servers and never reaches our staff.

5. Receipts & invoices

The booking confirmation email serves as your receipt. A VAT invoice can be requested from info@airporttransfer.az within 30 days of the ride — corporate bookings can add VAT details during checkout.

6. Failed payments

If a card payment fails, the booking is not confirmed. You can retry with another card or switch to cash — your selected vehicle is held for a short time while you retry.

7. Disputes & chargebacks

Before any chargeback, contact us — most issues are resolved the same day. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
