1. Data we collect

To process bookings we collect: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination details, flight number, and billing information. For drivers and partners we additionally collect identity documents, company registration data (e.g. VOEN) and vehicle documents, which are used solely for verification.

2. How we use data

We use your data to: create and manage bookings, send confirmations and service messages, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing

Booking details (name, flight, pickup, destination) are shared with the assigned operator so they can perform the transfer. Payment data is processed by our PCI-compliant partner Epoint. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers with TLS encryption in transit. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for the site to function and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the consent banner. Service workers cache static assets to speed up repeat visits; this does not collect personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@airporttransfer.az. We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Booking records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law; account data is kept until you request deletion or the account becomes inactive.
