1. About the service

AirportTransfer.az is an online marketplace that connects passengers with independent, licensed transfer operators. When you book a transfer, a contract of carriage is formed between you and the assigned operator; AirportTransfer.az acts as the booking platform and payment processor.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation with a unique reference (e.g. BK-XXXXXXXX). You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers and contact information. Prices are quoted per vehicle, per transfer and include tolls, taxes and standard waiting time.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 100% of the fare, depending on the operator. No-shows (passenger not present within 60 minutes of the arranged pickup for airport pickups, 15 minutes elsewhere) are non-refundable.

4. Flight delays

For airport pickups we monitor the flight number provided. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits at no extra charge. Waiting time beyond 60 minutes after landing may be charged if no new time is agreed.

5. Payments

We accept online card payments (Visa/Mastercard via our payment partner Epoint) and cash payments to the driver. Online payments are charged at the moment of booking confirmation. Card data is never stored on our servers.

6. Liability

Operators carry statutory passenger liability insurance. Our liability for indirect losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Luggage & passengers

Each vehicle class shows maximum passenger and luggage capacity. Passengers must not exceed the declared limits; the driver may refuse carriage of excess passengers or dangerous goods.

8. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; otherwise by the competent courts of Baku. Contact us anytime at info@airporttransfer.az.
