Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AirportTransfer.az website and the private airport transfer services booked through it. By making a booking you accept these terms.

1. Service

AirportTransfer.az provides private airport transfer services in Azerbaijan with fixed prices. The service includes meet & greet at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD), flight monitoring and door-to-door transportation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are made online through this website. After submitting the booking form you receive a booking number and a confirmation by email or phone. Bookings are considered confirmed only after our team confirms them.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are fixed and shown before you confirm the booking. The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and taxes. Payment is made online or in cash to the driver, as selected during checkout.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged 50% of the price. No-show at the meeting point without notice is charged in full.

5. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

We monitor your flight. For airport pickups the driver waits free of charge up to 60 minutes after landing. For other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time applies.

6. Luggage

Standard luggage (one suitcase and one hand bag per passenger) is included. Oversized luggage (skis, bicycles, extra bags) must be declared at booking and may require a larger vehicle.

7. Child Seats

Child seats are available on request during booking, in line with Azerbaijani road safety rules. Please specify the child's age.

8. Passenger Conduct

Smoking, alcohol consumption and any behaviour endangering the driver or the vehicle are not allowed. The driver may end the trip in case of serious violation; the fare is not refunded.

9. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the transfer service ordered through this website. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure beyond our control.
