1. Booking

Bookings can be made by WhatsApp, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only when AzTransfer.az sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

2. Pricing

All prices published on airporttransfer.az are fixed one-way prices between Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) and Baku city. The same fixed price applies in both directions. USD prices are approximate — final settlement is in AZN unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the end of the trip unless prepaid. Accepted methods: cash (AZN/USD/EUR), Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer (corporate).

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 4 hours: 50% charge.
• No-shows: 100% charge.

5. Waiting Time

60 minutes free wait after flight landing for airport pickups. 15 minutes free wait for city pickups. Additional waiting time charged at 10 AZN ($5.88) per 30 minutes.

6. Luggage

Standard luggage allowances by vehicle class as listed on the Fleet page. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.

7. Liability

All vehicles are fully insured. AzTransfer.az is liable for passengers and their property during the transfer to the extent required by Azerbaijani law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures, government restrictions).

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to info@aztransfer.az within 7 days of the trip. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Baku courts.
